Introductory information

   

The proposed plots of land are situated in the commercial zone of the municipality of Tuchomerice which lies on the northwestern fringe of Prague, in the immediate poximity of the Praha-Ruzyne international airport. In a short time the zone is to be connected with the city centre, airport and the motorway to Kladno by a new multi-level overpass which is currently being finalized.

Furthermore, several new developments such as office buildings, hotels, car showrooms and retail malls are gradually being prepared and approved. The approved extension of the metro line A to the airport as well as the planned high-speed train railway Prague- Ruzyne-Kladno will substantially increase the effectivity of transport system in the area.
