The Slunečný vršek development is situated in the vicinity of the Hostivař lake and large forest park with its numerous cycling routes, as well as close to the Park Hostivař entertainment and shopping centre.

Slunečný vršek is based on a unique concept which combines residential premises with plants decorating the facades of the buildings with a comprehensive range of accompanying services and amenities.
